1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 "Agreement" means these Terms, Rental Agreement, and all schedules
1.2 "AI Dashcam" means Verizon Connect event-triggered recording system
1.3 "Excess" means £2,500 standard insurance deductible
1.4 "Fair Wear and Tear" means minor deterioration from normal use
1.5 "Hirer" means the customer renting the Vehicle
1.6 "Vehicle" means the commercial van rented to Hire

2. CONTRACT FORMATION
2.1 This Agreement becomes binding when:
(a) Hirer completes online booking
(b) Click N Van issues Booking Confirmation
(c) First payment is processed
2.2 Hirer confirms they:
(a) Are the named driver
(b) Meet Eligibility Criteria
(c) Accept all Terms

3. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Minimum Requirements:
(a) Age: 25-65 years (see 3.2 for exceptions)
(b) Driving Licence: Valid UK/EU/EEA category B licence
(c) Experience: Minimum 2 years post-test
(d) Penalty Points: Maximum 6 active points
3.2 Age Exceptions:
(a) Under 25: Subject to case-by-case approval requiring:
(i) £1,000/week Young Driver Surcharge
(ii) Enhanced monitoring consent
(iii) Additional security deposit (£1,000)
(b) Over 65: Requires valid medical certificate (issued within 90 days)
3.3 Prohibited Drivers:
(a) Unlicensed individuals
(b) Persons with DR10/DG10 convictions (past 5 years)
(c) Fraudulent applicants
